Samskriti’s 2026 Celebrations: The Boss Speaks

The office was dressed up in bright colours and lights, ready well before the day began. The plan was clear from the start. Games, gifts, good food, and a day to step away from routine and enjoy being together.

The celebrations kicked off with the cake being cut by Shri Sravan Kumar Paka. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year, he shared an upbeat note with the team and took a moment to appreciate each team and the role they played in getting us here.

Client trust, steady performance, and early global opportunities were all touched upon. Vedhika’s strong run over the year was a clear highlight and received loud cheers from the room.

The speech wrapped up quickly and smoothly, followed by the annual group photograph, a tradition that adds one more memory to the Samskriti album every year.

From there, it was straight into game mode.

2026 Celebrations: Samskriti Indoor League

The teams were split into four groups, and the games kicked off right away. Within minutes, seriousness gave way to laughter.

People forgot titles, teams cheered loudly, and everyone got pulled into the fun. Each game brought its own excitement and kept the scoreboard moving. Every round gave someone a chance to score, laugh, or celebrate a small win.

Once the games ended, gifts were waiting for everyone. Each one came as a surprise and added to the smiles already going around.

A big thank you to Swapna and team for putting the games together, arranging the gifts, and making sure the day ran smoothly. It was a much-needed break for all of us.

At the Karimnagar branch, the day unfolded in its own style. The team had a full schedule, including dances, games, and awards. The energy there reflected the same excitement, with the team bringing their own flavour to the celebrations.

Progress is a constant climb. Celebrations are pit stops on the way up.

Between the rapid pace of daily work and the climb that lies ahead, December 31 arrived at the perfect moment.

It gave us space to come together, recharge, and reset our focus without slowing our stride. With laughter still echoing and confidence quietly settling in, we carried ourselves into the New Year, ready for what promises to be a challenging, exciting, and defining chapter ahead.
