The Telangana government’s decision to expand IT services to the Tier-II cities in Telangana to boost the employment opportunities and socio-economic development has made Karimnagar the best possible choice after Hyderabad due to the proximity and development factors. So when IT Minister of Telangana Shri. K.T. Rama Rao sanctioned the Karimnagar’s IT Park, the second biggest after Hyderabad, we knew something substantial was coming our way.

Coincidently, our CEO Mr. Sravan Kumar Paka was invited to be a part of the business entourage to hold the talks with the Govt. of Telangana to help expand the IT sector in Karimnagar. In due process, Samskriti Business Solutions was earmarked along with other six prestigious IT firms to set up their business units in the newly developed IT Park of Karimnagar.

Even before the announcement, Samskriti was actively looking for the best possible location for our first branch office outside our corporate headquarters at Somajiguda in Hyderabad.

Hailing from Karimnagar himself, it was our CEO Mr. Sravan Kumar’s plan to give it back to his beloved city by generating employment services to the skilled workers in Karimnagar. And with Telangana Government’s decision to allocate the resource space at the ambitious IT Park at Karimnagar everything fell right into place. Expansion plans, process flows, localized hiring plans and training protocols for the freshers were all right on the schedule and now we are all set to commence our business operations at our second location in Karimnagar.
