Conquering all the challenges that came our way, today, Samskriti stands tall and proud—celebrating its 16th Anniversary, a reigning proof of continuous excellence.

15 Years Strong: Celebrating the Journey That Brought Us Here

At Samskriti, we believe that success is not just a destination but a journey. Our 16th-anniversary celebration aimed to honor and celebrate the commitment and dedication that have brought us to this milestone.

True to Samskriti’s spirit, this year’s celebration was a vibrant mix of tradition, fun, relaxation, and glamour. Here’s a glimpse of how our 16th Anniversary unfolded on August 21st:

A Devotional Beginning: Seeking Hanuman's Blessings at Kondagattu

Starting from Hyderabad and winding through the scenic routes of Karimnagar, we embarked on a leisurely journey through the picturesque locales.

The entire journey, which spanned four hours, was quickly transformed into a festive affair as the bus trip was filled with dances, singing competitions, and merriment all along the way.

Adorned in our traditional attire, we journeyed to Lord Hanuman's divine abode for a meaningful darshan. Perched atop a serene hill, the entire ambiance radiated tranquility, allowing us to imbibe in the peace and spirituality that contrasted beautifully with the bustling streets of Hyderabad.

Gourmet Treats and Poolside Beats: The Fun Begins

Our idyllic destination was a lush green resort nestled in the secluded reaches of Kondagattu. This remote retreat was carefully chosen for its contrasting ambiance of verdant greenery and serene remoteness amidst the hills.

As we approached the destination, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and a sumptuous feast awaited us inside. After a sumptuous meal and a brief respite, we quickly jumped into the inviting pools, letting the cool water refresh us.

The sprawling pool area became a hive of activity, with our teams scattered across the pools, engaging in friendly competitions. Some teams relaxed in the pools, others swam, and a few enjoyed indoor pool games.

After four hours of non-stop fun, games, thrills, snaps, and refreshing drinks, we were finally ready for another round of refreshments before heading to freshen up for the main event: the boss party!

The Main Event of the Year - The Boss Party

The entire party area was lit with a unique dark theme and decorations selected for the event, and a pleasant evening awaited us as we sat with our teams at our intricately designed tables.

Our Boss, Mr. Sravan Kumar Paka, congratulated our teams for their outstanding efforts in the past year. He summarized our achievements, progress, and growth since last year and spoke about our promising future.

I am delighted to say that we have achieved the excellence we always strived for. I thank one and all for their dedication and efforts, which has brought us to this outstanding position." - Mr. Sravan Kumar Paka, CEO, Samskriti Business Solutions.

“A dynamic field as it can be, Digital Marketing is a challenging industry where the average employee in a company works for only 2-3 years. I can proudly say that our senior resources' average years of experience is over ten years, living proof of the stability, growth, and success that Samskriti has achieved in the past 15 years. It has been my privilege to build a company that has been able to build a robust ecosystem that helped everyone thrive," said Mr. Sravan Kumar Paka in his speech.

Honoring the Dedication, Awarding the Excellence:

To everyone's surprise, Miss Madhavi, Miss Kavitha & Mr Sathish from Digital Marketing, Miss Swapna from Human Resources, and Mr. Manikanta from Networking, were invited by Sravan Kumar to lead the anniversary cake-cutting ceremony as a token of appreciation for their services.

Mr. Sharath and Miss Swetha from Digital Marketing were presented with mementos for completing their five successful years. Mr. Suresh, Mr. Hemanth, Mr. Sai Kiran, Miss JayaLaxmi from Digital Marketing, and Mr. Sai Charan & Mr. Rahul from Software Development were presented with Best Performers awards for 2024.

From Sunset to Sunrise: The Party That Had It All

The award felicitations were followed by energetic dance performances from our Samskriti Karimnagar team and a solo dance performance from Miss Keshavi. Soon, the stage was open for all teams to showcase their moves. Every team participated, and the dance floor was filled with grooving dancers, moving to the energetic beats of the DJ all night. A sumptuous dinner followed.

And for the party animals among us, the celebration continued until dawn, with fun in the pool, dancing on the floors, and relaxing on the open lawns, savoring every moment of the night and the morning that followed. The next day started with pool sessions and ended with refreshing games in the sun and a feast of lunches. We then celebrated on the road, visiting our branch offices and traveling through scenic, lush locales.

Success Isn't a Destination—it's a Journey! So why should our celebrations be just a one-off event?

The trip was designed to be an exquisite mix of adventure, relaxation, and quality time with our Samskriti family.

From sacred moments to poolside thrills, scenic drives, sumptuous feasts, office visits, and a fabulous gala, our two-day celebrations were, as always, the highlight of the year!

Celebrating success isn't just about marking a milestone; it's about savoring the journey and creating lasting memories.
